We are really excited to be able to bring to our community the birth class called “Dancing for Birth”.  Joanna Zepeda, a doula and Certified Instructor for Dancing for Birth” will be offering classes starting in October. This is a really fun way to get in touch with your body and the way it can move and actually needs to move to help bring baby down.

You can actually meet Joanna and see a demo of the class when we hold our first Open House in October on  Sunday the 3rd. It will be from 2:30 – 5:pm. We plan on having a great afternoon offering info and sharing ideas.
